On August 30,2014  the set-up of committee of experts the National HV and EHV Cable and Engineering and Technological Research Center in Qingdao Hanhe and the meeting to appoint the experts was held in the meeting-room 403. 13 famous experts from colleges, research institutions, test centers and electric power companies took part in the meeting. Mr. Wang xiaofang, the vice mayor of Qingdao, Mr. Gao jie, the vice director of Qingdao Science and Technology Bureau and other department heads took part in the meeting with Mr. Zhang sixia, Mr. Zhang huakai, Mr. Chen peiyun.

      The meeting was presided by our chief engineer Chen peiyun. Mr. Zhang sixia delivered welcoming speech and vice Mayor Mr. Wang made a important speech. The meeting passed “Regulations of the Committee of Experts” and “the Management Method of Regulations of Committee of Experts”. Mr. Zhang huakai signed “Expert Appointment Protocol” and Mr.Zhang sixia awarded certificate of appointment with every expert. During the meeting, experts made different suggestions for the construction of the center and Hanhe and decided that the schedule of the next meeting. 
       The committee is the engineering technology research center and the top-high policy-making institution of Qingdao Hanhe, worked as the organization form to rely on and take advantages and the link to associate with the experts. The committee can help us benefit from the experts’ wisdom and make us a wider vision, broader way and cleared direction. Their suggestions will conduct us to grasp the direction of development and learn about the urgent demand of the China cables and wires industry. The research of engineering technology will lead the development of the cable industry and be the source of the new concept, the new technology and innovation research.
